- • Nothing. It was superb
Room for improvement. We would still come back
Beautiful quiet location by the lake but a bit outside the village. Not reachable on foot.

- • Some things seemed hastily repaired. We had problems with the balcony door. The same was the case with the faucet in the shower. To get the same temperature, we had to turn the faucet to different positions. The underground parking was very messy.
Fabulous experience! Staff were exceptional during our stay. Complimentary bikes, canoes an added bonus. Very peaceful, well-appointed rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed the bigger bath. Breakfast was delicious. The cafe catered for exceptional coffee. Spa and wellness facilities relaxing. All in all, a wonderful experience!

Let down by inconsistent housekeeping and a lack of attention to detail.
We found the large bed very comfortable, and the balcony was fantastic—you could look down at the restaurant and enjoy the lively ambience below. The location was excellent, and the bathroom was wonderful too. Megan is fantastic staff, she is very attentive-care to all the details about the activities. She is very flexible and mindful to check that will not reflect negatively to other guests. She is kind and helps so much with our children.

- • Housekeeping removed the used towels from the bathroom but did not replace them, which was surprising. Even after we called to request fresh towels, they never arrived. The bath foam and aromatherapy bath cubes were not replenished either, so we could not fully enjoy the bathtub during our stay. Our suite also had a sofa bed for our children, but it was not properly remade. The pillows were arranged neatly on top, while the bedding underneath was left untouched. Other small but noticeable details—such as straightening and cleaning the bedside and coffee areas—were also overlooked. Unfortunately, these issues gave the impression that the housekeeping service was rushed and lacked attention to detail. The cleanliness and proper upkeep of a guest room are fundamental to a comfortable hotel stay, so this aspect was particularly disappointing.
High-quality place

- • There was a specific malfunction that activated the fire alarm and forced us to leave the hotel twice. It would have been appropriate if there was an apology and they sent something small to the room on their behalf
Cool apartment with a fireplace, very comfortable beds, very friendly staff and good location to hike around or jump into the lake
