Good hotel
The most beautiful thing here is the rooftop terrace overlooking the Nile, Luxor, and the mountains. Breakfast is served there, and you can relax at other times. Excellent staff, they helped us, even offered to stay until the evening on the day of departure because it was very hot outside during the day. The room is clean, spacious, with a bathtub. Good location, ferry nearby, easy to find.

- • There is air conditioning and a fan, but they still cool weakly, cannot cope with the summer heat. Wi-Fi works poorly, sometimes connects on the rooftop, sometimes somewhere on the stairs, sometimes in the room. But most of the time it doesn't work anywhere. There is no shower gel, soap, shampoo in the bathroom. We didn't bring anything with us, so we had to wash with liquid hand soap (attached to the sink) and then go to the shower to rinse. The balcony that was in the photos and was listed in the amenities was not there. Or rather, there was some technical/French balcony a few centimeters wide that abuts an unfinished building. The door there is somehow difficult to open. For us, this was not a problem at all, we arrived late in the evening and left after breakfast in the morning.
Kind and helpful staff, the owner even kindly allowed us to stay a few hours after the checkout time we had set. Abundant and delicious breakfast.

- • The room was very hot, the air conditioner didn't seem to cool. The night was terrible. In the morning at check-out, there was a guy who didn't know what to do with leg pain, so he couldn't help with the luggage. It was early, so no breakfast even though paid for. No take away. Basically absurd, just sat there doing nothing.
I really liked the proximity to everything and the opportunity to admire the fantastic view from the terrace overlooking the Nile. The food and breakfast are very good, you can taste Egyptian food, the staff was very hospitable and available for everything with tours and assistance.

Great, I recommend for a short stay in Luxor, very close to the best restaurant in town.
Very good breakfast, ideal location, and staff available and responsive. We got the room early, and the manager was very accommodating and welcoming.

- • There was no wifi due to construction, which was a bit annoying as it was not specified, but I think this issue must have been resolved.

- • What I didn't like was that when I arrived at the hotel, instead of welcoming me and explaining the facilities or basic hotel instructions, the receptionist's first action was to try to sell me a very expensive tour for €75. What surprised me the most was that this price only included transportation, without a guide or entrance fees. In the end, I arranged the same tour with a local taxi driver for €15, so the price difference seemed excessive to me and left me with a bad first impression.

- • Of the responsible staff. Very invasive and tried to scam us. Activities were twice the price of the ones we did
