The unit itself has a very great view of Davao City, and it is situated in a very accessible location.
Almost all essential items are available which makes it feel like home.

- • The elevator control. The condo was on the 23rd floor and out of the 3 elevators, one was out of order and the other two always ran in parallel. Both were either up or both were either down. This leads to longer waiting times. But the landlord can't do anything about it.
