Everything! It was cool comfortable and tastefully furnished and was the perfect location for walking into the heart of the city or traveling outside. First class service , attentive and personable staff impressively fluent in several different languages including English. Very helpful with requests and answering questions. Food was excellent and so were the cocktails.

Great location for a short stay in Verona
The location is amazing for sight-seeing in Verona but because of this central location in the old town there isn't a view or much outdoor space which would have been nice. The staff were so great, particularly Silvia who recommended great places to eat and had lots of suggestions for places to visit/things to do, also Alessandro who arranged a fabulous winery visit and countryside lunch for us when we said we needed to escape the city heat at the last minute.
