Nevertheless (see points 1 & 2 that were disliked), a very nice & pleasant hotel
Well located & very pleasant & modern hotel. Very good sound insulation (due to a busy intersection). Check-in was quick & good.

- • 1: Near my room on the 9th floor, there is a housekeeping door. The staff apparently have never heard of consideration & that one closes a door quietly!!! and not every 5 minutes (extremely in the morning and at check-in at 3:00 pm) with a bang or the closing mechanism is defective!! 2: the prices of the underground parking are even more expensive than in Singapore. Arrival day: 2.5 hours (unloading, check-in, briefly unpacking) €30.00!!! On the day of departure, the evening before at 22:00, parking the vehicle in the underground parking & departure at 05:00 in the morning: €45.00. That is not okay!

- • The TV did not work. Possibly the remote's batteries were dead. Reported it through their QR code instructions, but nothing was done about it!
