It is a hostel, if you know that beforehand it's fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room we had had dirty handprints on the walls which made it feel not clean, but the bathroom was clean and neat. The breakfast was good. I think if you are traveling alone, this is a very nice option to meet new people. I wouldn't go here quickly as a family with children.

Pleasant and warm
Excellent reception and value for money. Clean and well-maintained room, bath towels changed daily. A multitude of services offered (motorbike rental, bike rental, laundry). Wide choice of breakfast.

The owners were really nice people. Many places pressure you to take their tours and visit the sights, but here I felt like the priority was my comfort and well-being. After I checked out, they offered me to rest, turned on a fan, offered me a shower. Always asked if I felt good, if I slept well. Very lovely people, would definitely recommend! The place is clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is great, location is good and they have a rooftop terrace:))

Perfect hotel at this price
Great location and staff were extremely helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with a great balcony. You can even hire an eScooter from the owner.

I had a lovely stay here in Hue! Location is super convenient: a short walk to a riverside promenade, and about a ~30 min. walk to the Citadel (or an easy Grab ride). The family that runs the hotel is very friendly and eager to help; in fact, if I'd booked my tours through them instead of online, I would've gotten a better price. Breakfast in the morning was excellent: made-to-order with excellent banana pancakes.
