Staff really nice, good facilities, good accommodation, clean. They have tea available all night, which was great. They allowed us to leave our bags there for one day when we went to Machu Picchu and we came back.

- • The rooms were cold. They gave us extra blankets and we were okay after that! However, a heater would be appreciated.

8-10 mins walk to Plaza de Armas, steps away from grocery store and pharmacy. Clean and comfortable stay, it can be cold at night but the room was equipped with layers of blankets. Quiet at night, so I was able to sleep well. Hot water always available. A space in the fridge was provided.

- • No freezer only refrigerator. Laundry not available 24/7, so I wasn’t able to do my laundry when I wanted to.
