- • The man who welcomed us on June 18th at the reception, not very friendly 🙁 is the first impression of the hotel and the welcome, unlike the very friendly women at the reception 😃 as well as the breakfast staff, pool staff, and housekeepers

- • No evidence of facilities for children like a small playground or something similar, breakfast cannot be taken to the room, the wifi is average, the bar items seemed expensive to me.
Terrible service from the staff at the 7th-floor restaurant. The room I had was a junior suite and it had a king-size bed, lie, it was a double bed, and the bathroom, the water leaked from the shower, horrible suite
