Great staff; convenient location
Friendly, efficient front desk staff (especially Iain). It’s a self-catering property, but help is always available. Our one-bedroom apartment on the first floor was spacious and quiet. We also loved the hotel’s central location, five-minute walk from Queen Street rail station and ten-minute walk from Buchanan Street bus station.

- • There was an issue with the AC system, but it was not something that I would blame on the hotel itself. The heat outside was stressing the system.
