- • I found the furniture in the apartment quite old, the mattresses are not good anymore, and the apartment cleaning, I stayed for 5 days, the cleaning staff only came on the 4th day and simply swept the floor. The cleaning was lacking.
Excellent place to visit and stay!
Excellent location! In addition to the wonderful sea, the pools in the complex are excellent! Nanai Residence is very good!

- • Second time staying at Nanai Residence, came back this year! The first time I stayed in an excellent apartment! This time I stayed in a duplex flat, with 01 suite upstairs and downstairs, a small (tight) bathroom and a room without a window, but the room had air conditioning. If available, prefer ground floor apartments (not duplex), if more than 02 people!

Quite frustrating, as I expected more, as we went to rest in a hygienic environment and it was disappointing.
Well located and easy to find, I also liked the breeze at the location, the pool because there are several and well distributed, beach with calm sea ideal for children and restaurant.

- • Regarding accommodation and cleaning, as the furniture is not well maintained and they are peeling off, leaving a dusty environment and upon arrival a moldy smell.
I was very disappointed because I paid for an apartment and they gave me another one that corresponded to the photo.
The beach is very beautiful, but the hotel should pay more attention to beach cleanliness.

- • The room structure does not match the photo and it was too small. There were not enough glasses and it was not as complete as in the description. The room was available for 7 people but there were only glasses for two or four people.
Clean apartment, everything organized, very spacious, everything well organized, everything you need is there, I liked it a lot.
