The hotel is very nice and cosy right in the town centre. The hotel room was a bit tiny but very well planned, clean and comfortable. The personnel is extremely friendly and helpful. Next time in Göreme I'll certainly stay in the Mustafa Bei Konagi hotel.

I think it's a good deal in Cappadocia.
The hotel is located right off the main street and is very convenient, but until around 11 p.m., you can hear quite loud music coming from the hotel. It's strange for the main town to have activities starting early in the morning. The hotel itself is generally fine. You can also see balloons from the terrace. The rooms are clean, and the lady who I asked for towel exchange was kind.

- • Although I booked a room with air conditioning, the room I was initially shown to had no air conditioning. After confirming that there seemed to be no air conditioning anywhere, I went to the front desk and they changed me to a room with air conditioning that was apparently available, after confirming that I hadn't dirtied the room in any way. Caution is necessary. Except for the staff at check-out, the reception staff were not very friendly. There were only stairs, and the air conditioning didn't work very well.

- • It's amazing that the staff in such a touristic place barely speaks English or any other language besides Turkish.
They didn't want to help me change the dates even though I asked for help, when only the hotel can help with that
