The check-in experience was a bit disappointing as the staff took my phone number to inform me of an early room availability but later forgot to contact me, requiring me to follow up.

- • I kept seeing “free one way to airport taxi” but when it was time to go, the staff told me I had to pay. Once saw an insect on the breakfast table near the food. No price information for the different services (spa, etc.) in the room. Old and small TV in a 5-star hotel in 2026.
