- • German self service can be tedious, the entrance gate pin code thing took 8 attempts to open it as it always sent an error message after the third number. No aircon was bad considering the heat, I hadn't checked upon booking, had assumed every hotel offers air condition. Self service drinks are a good idea, but there is no explanation how to pay. We called the hotline as there is no staff present, but even the hotline wasn't answered

Perfect hotel in a perfect location.
A very nice little hotel. Super clean rooms, everything always perfectly organized, I am always thrilled and will definitely book there again on my next stay in Munich, if available. I don't need personal assistance at a reception, the service in the lobby with a refrigerator, coffee machine, and tea offer is just great.
