Great!
The hotel's location is really great. You can see the sunset from the balcony, and for the first time in half a century, I captured the scene of the sun sinking into the sea, zooming in four times with the video lens on my phone. Very clear. The hotel's coffee is great. The kitchen is also available for use. The landlady is very warm. I originally had another itinerary scheduled at this hotel, but because the itinerary changed later, I had to cancel first, but I can't wait to find another time to go.

Very friendly & helpful host. It really was a home away from home. Beautiful room overlooking the pool & Indian Ocean. Mullaloo was an unknown gem to me, bike tracks, beaches, harbours, surf clubs, restaurants, proximity to Rottnest Ferry, it's got it all. Thank you Karen

- • It was close to perfect other than people with restricted movement may have problems getting in & out of Bath Shower.
Karen was very kind, we were able to use her kitchen to prepare some dishes. Her house is near the beach less than a 10-minute walk. Very clean and good breakfast. We didn't have a car, but a few buses can take you to her place even if you have to walk a little less than 10 minutes. Karen was really lovely, she even took the time to show us a place full of kangaroos by car. We even spent an evening chatting with other tenants in the house. I would happily return!

- • The room was a bit small. We had 2 suitcases, and when we opened one, there was no more space in the room. With the suitcase open, we couldn't open the door to the room.
Great location… nice view of the ocean from the deck… Karen was very easy to deal with… will definitely stay again
