- • La gestión de la dirección del hotel, empezando por la gerente (prepotente, soberbia, altiva y muy maleducada). Lamentablemente, vivimos el terremoto mientras estábamos alojados en este hotel. Cuando nos entregaron el equipaje, faltaban dos relojes, un anillo y una pulsera. Tuve que entrar personalmente a los dos días del terremoto para recuperar el anillo y la pulsera, con el riesgo que conllevaba el acceso; pero misteriosamente, los dos relojes que estaban en la caja fuerte y que dejé abierta cuando salimos despavoridos, nunca aparecieron, y las únicas personas que entraron en la habitación tras el terremoto fueron los empleados del hotel.
