- • The hotel management, starting with the manager (arrogant, haughty, and very rude). Unfortunately, we experienced the earthquake while staying at this hotel. When we received our luggage, two watches, a ring, and a bracelet were missing. I had to personally enter two days after the earthquake to retrieve the ring and bracelet, with the risk that access entailed; but mysteriously, the two watches that were in the safe and that I left open when we fled never appeared, and the only people who entered the room after the earthquake were the hotel employees.
