- • Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work well. It was very warm in the room. Did not receive any information beforehand. Unfortunately, I only heard about your air conditioning problems when checking out from your staff during a conversation with another checking-in customer.
If the AC had been working, it would have been good value for money. But with this issue, it's not worth it.
Proximity to the airport. Check-in staff was nice. F&B staff nice but not very proactive. Also, room service only answered the phone after two calls. Room service food was good; I was surprised by the quality of the burger.

- • The AC was a disaster; the room did not cool down, and I could not sleep well because of the heat. I booked the hotel to avoid an early morning drive and relax before my flight. That was really frustrating. The wake-up call did not work; I suppose it's automated, and the time set up on the phone was wrong. So I think that was the issue.
