Friendly, nice and helpful staff, great location, very practical and comfortable rooms, the best breakfast we had during our road trip in Canada!

- • For us it was not a downside, but it's worth knowing that the property is near a railway line and the rooms do not have air conditioning.

Perfect place to stay
Stunning hotel. Location perfect. Room was lovely and modern and very clean. It was also very quiet. Couldnt fault anything about our stay. Highly recommend.

Experience of someone who stayed for many times over many years.
We had been here many times, (more than 5 times in more than 10 years). We always stayed for a week or 8 days. Its location is perfect, convenient to all the places we like to visit in Kootiney Banff, Yoho and Jasper National Parks. You can walk to the lake of Lake Louise without needing to use a car or deal with parking (~1 hour of up hill walk, but less coming back). It is more quiet and not as hectic as staying in Banff. We like to walk to the Pipestone river next to the Samson Mall everyday after dinner to look at the rushing water and mountain. Good breakfast (now not free). The only down side of the location is there are not as many restaurants close by as staying in Banff. Most things shut down after 6pm in the mall (the only commercial area near the hotel). It is close to a rail way track. On one side of one building you can hear and feel it, but on the other side there is no problem at all. It is not bad enough that it would bolder you if you are already asleep. I also use their outlet in their parking lot to charge my plug-in Hybrid EV (it is only 110v, it would take too long for a regular EV).

This was the perfect location and a very comfortable place to stay.
Great location! Our suit was spacious and fit our family of six comfortably. Beds were comfy and the kids loved the bunk beds. Hot tub was relaxing. We enjoyed the cookies and beverages in the lobby.
