- • Lack of storage for clothes etc in the rooms. Black out blind in the room would not close, asked for it to be fixed, came back and both blinds would not close. I had to sort this myself. bed side light broken and no bulb in the light by the bunk.

Overall we had a great time and would stay again.
Staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant and bar were excellent. Great coffee! Fantastic location. Comfortable bed.

Very nice hotel, ideal for spending a few days in Manhattan
The location is ideal, at the crossroads of Time Square. Optimized, clean and quiet room in which we felt good. Offering a beautiful view from the 31st floor over the city of New York for a total immersion.

- • Soundproofing with neighboring rooms is a bit limited but still acceptable. Plus the service agents in the corridors that are sometimes heard.

Nice place to stay in the heart of Manhattan
Absolutely loved the location, despite being in the center of Manhattan, the moment you step into the hotel, it is peaceful compared to the rest of the neighborhood. Everything is nicely designed and looks cool. The staff, especially in the restaurant - kind and helpful. The food in the Alderman restaurant is very tasty.

- • The beds are uncomfortably soft. My back hurt because of it. The rooms are too small indeed. The hotel is for someone who travels light or is very good at Tetris. Also, there isn't privacy, so be aware of that when choosing the place (depends on who you're traveling with). When I did my booking, it wasn't clearly marked that breakfast is extra cost and isn't included in the price. I blame both booking and the hotel for that, and it is something I wasn't counting on.
