I would gladly give this hotel five stars and recommend it to anyone visiting Surabaya. I would especially like to recognize Mira, the Assistant Director of Catering. She did an absolutely amazing job coordinating our engagement celebration and managing every reservation. Mira went far above and beyond her responsibilities to make sure everything was perfect and that we were happy every step of the way. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made our special day unforgettable. She treated us like family, and we will always be grateful for everything she did. I also want to thank Rosi, our concierge, for the outstanding assistance he provided. From meeting us at the airport to helping us get settled into the hotel, he made our arrival smooth and stress-free. His kindness, organization, and willingness to help made a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Our rooms were beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The hall we rented for our engagement was elegant and exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding, and every meal was delicious. What impressed me most, however, was the level of service throughout the hotel. Every member of the staff was kind, respectful, professional, and eager to help. No matter what we needed, it was handled quickly and with a genuine smile.
