- • From the second day of stay, the indoor ventilation seemed poor, causing discomfort throughout the stay. I prevented worsening by going outside despite feeling unwell without opening the window. A friend who came with me also felt unwell, coughed incessantly, and spent time wearing a mask.

- • The staff was very 'strict', wouldn't let us get 2 key cards for the room which was really hard, as you need one to use the elevator. This is an OK hotel, in comparison to great hotels in Bangkok.

Not a new hotel, but doesn't feel old. It was clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.

- • During check-in, I was asked to pay a deposit, and during check-out, I was told that the deposit would be refunded to the card a few days later. However, I didn't know when it was actually refunded until I inquired with the hotel.
