The location. The hotel is super cute, very colonial and from the era, making it unique in its class. Its location is too privileged. Close to bus stops, tourist areas, and safe.

- • One detail to improve is cleanliness. There was a lot of dirt on nightstands and furniture in general as well as on the wooden floor. But I was very comfortable! I would come back!!! IMPORTANT! Put non-slip on the marble staircase that is naturally worn out due to use and years, and I fell while going down a step that is irregular. Marble is slippery and the staircase is very high! I usually don't make a fuss about anything, I loved the place! Buuut another person could sue you if they get injured. Still, I am very satisfied!!! Greetiiingssss!!!!

- • One of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel. The attention of the person on duty at night was totally indifferent and with an evident lack of interest in the guests. Faced with the inconveniences that arose, there was no willingness to help or provide a solution, leaving a very bad impression. The room also did not meet minimum conditions. It did not have the door key, something unacceptable from a security point of view. In addition, the broken bed supported by a brick and a dictionary, and the bedspreads were dirty, giving a sense of lack of hygiene and little care for the facilities. When one pays for a service, one expects at least cleanliness, security, and respectful treatment. In this case, none of these expectations were met. I hope that the management takes measures to improve because in the current state, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
