Outstanding hotel in fantastic location
Staff were quite outstanding. Attentive and anticipated needs including carrying bags to and from car, guiding into garage, introduction to hotel. Yes, it is expensive but worth what it costs. It is particularly appealing to have a Michelin restaurant within the hotel (as well as a second casual place) with the expected levels of service, cuisine and ambience. So good we ate there both nights with excellent variety of options.

- • Access is atrocious! Obviously not the fault of the hotel but you do need nerves of steel (and preferably a compact car) to get into and out of the city. Rather helpfully they sent a video of the implausible route without which I would have seriously doubted if it really was a road or merely a pedestrian access! Overall worth the stress to be right inside this amazing town.
Would highly recommend.

We love this hotel - our third visit and we will definitely be back!
Breakfast was very good and nice choices -,however i much prefer a buffet for fruit, cheese and cold meats with a made to order egg/omelette course. Just personal preference

- • Parking difficulties: hotel parking not accessible to all vehicles and no turnkey solution offered to customers despite the hotel's standing (lack of valet service or reserved spaces in an external parking with shuttle service). In fact, you have to find (and sometimes search for a long time) a place in the public parking lots surrounding the city before reaching the hotel on foot or by taxi
