Absolutely EVERYTHING!! The staff is amazing, from the concierge, reception, restaurant. They gave us an early check-in at no cost based on availability. The place is beautiful, the bed is comfortable, they have a pillow menu, and definitely the best part of the whole stay was breakfast, that was wow!

Best hotel we've ever stayed in!
Our stay at the Monasterio was absolutely perfect. The art and architecture of the building are beautiful and the staff are the perfect combination of professional and friendly. Perfect location for exploring Cusco. I really can't recommend this highly enough.
