- • Nothing. Bravo keep it up, inshallah the best in the future.
Good location and friendly staff, but room maintenance and Wi-Fi need significant improvement.
The restaurant experience was good, big thanks to Yassine, and the security team night shift was very friendly and helpful. The location and overall property were also pleasant.

- • Room 235 had a sewage smell, and after showering, the bathroom area flooded with water. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable. I reported it in the morning and was told it had been fixed, but the same problem continued at night. I also had difficulty reaching reception. The security staff eventually helped, but the Wi-Fi disconnected again shortly afterwards. Better room maintenance and internal communication are needed.

- • Unbearable sewer smell in the room in addition to the strong smell of humidity that prevented us from sleeping at night
Relatively there is nothing to like about the water park, but it is paid separately from the hotel.

- • Dirty rooms, bathrooms leave much to be desired, and the pool was green on the day we arrived.
Complete and relaxing place
The gentleman was super nice and professional with me, he answered all my questions in detail at any time well before my arrival without me feeling disturbed. He answered in detail all my questions, prepared everything with great care in the room as I had asked him because there was an important detail concerning the bed, he quickly fixed the problem even before my arrival. I really recommend this place, everything was clean, there was air conditioning in the room, the pool available, the beach nearby, lots of games, an amusement park on-site, and a restaurant on-site. I really recommend this fantastic place despite the small size of the room, I felt at home and I will come back with great pleasure, top of the top.
