- • The (hot) air conditioning made a lot of noise and was split, the room is not fully cleaned, they practically change the towels and make the bed only, do not clean the glasses, small table... I had to turn off the minibar due to the unusual noise from the compressor.
Good location, friendly staff but the hotel is not up to today's standards
The location is good, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good albeit served extremely slowly.

- • This is an old building, the room smelled musty, the traffic noise was very strong and one morning there was only lukewarm water for shower, while on our second morning there was no warm water to shower at all. Over-all I felt that the price was unreasonably high given these shortcomings.
Over marketed and Would not recommend

- • Dated. We were in an attic room beside what seemed to be a dump room, steep stairs with lots of luggage is dangerous. Room was cold too. Noisy as doing up a room.

The breakfast is very good, very good quality of the products, it is a la carte with several options. We were also given a voucher to taste a glass of wine throughout the stay.

- • To comment something negative that does not change my positive opinion of the hotel; we arrived at noon, they told us that the room was already ready, but in order to enter at that time we should pay the cost of an Early Check-in. It would have seemed great to us to enter earlier without having to pay, given the time it was since the hotel cannot do anything with the room for that period of time.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location
Miravida Soho was a great hotel! The location was amazing, in a walkable neighborhood next to some of the best restaurants and bars in the world! The rooms were quaint and had an antique feel. I have to highlight the concierge, who helped with numerous things including finding us a tango instructor to give us a private lesson, helping us navigate the city, and arranging taxi rides to the airports. And shout out to Santiago who was so incredibly nice and personable!

This location is TOP, the hotel is lovely and traditional in the best way. The staff was very kind and friendly and we felt cared for, safe and relaxed. A complimentary glass of wine was a lovely gesture and the breakfast was delicious and fresh. Highly recommend.

VERY DIRTY
The only dear and willing person to help was Santiago! The room was very dirty in the TV area and under the bed. It was a horror! I filmed and showed it to the receptionist! The breakfast was very greasy and on the last day, we arrived 5 minutes before closing and the lady refused to serve us! She is the same one who does everything at the reception! Only one person works per shift! The hotel is not worth what it charges. It is a 3-star and not 4.
