Definitely not worth the money.

- • The staff were very inattentive and idle. For example, we arrived an hour before our check in time of 3pm, which was unusually late, perhaps a message prior to see what time we were arriving instead we were left in reception with not even a glass of water offered. At 3.15pm we were told our room was ready, had to get our own luggage trolley and move our cases. Not what you would expect for a 5 star hotel. The room wasn’t clean and there was an empty cigarette packet full of stubbed ciggies, and ash all over the balcony. Generally speaking there was a very non cohesive energy between the staff and guest experience.
A nice place to stay, but make sure you get a bright light new room not the dull depressing ones.
The pools and outside facilities were excellent. The breakfast was great.

- • Our one bedroom apartment was very dated and dull. Didn’t feel like I was in a 5 star resort. Disappointing.
A great place to stay for all
Great location especially for mindil night market. Excellent facilities and the resort pool was terrific. Breakfast was also great.

- • I booked accommodation for me and my wife's 5 year anniversary and even asked for an early check-in as we both planned to finish work early and enjoy the pool and other facilities within and around the casino. Not only did we not get an early check-in but i once again rocked up at 3pm and was still unable to get into our room. We did not get access to our room until after 4pm which def put us both in a bad mood especially noting we were there to celebrate quiet a significant milestone in our relationship. I am a member of the Casino and have spent quiet a bit of money whilst being a member so to say i was disappointed would be an absolute understatement. I think with this all in mind it wouldn't be unreasonable to receive a complimentary nights accommodation. Look forward to your response.

Great location right on the beach & next to the market. The lagoon pool was lovely & swim up bar very handy. Ocean view rooms get a beautiful sunset every night. Good choice of restaurants for a few nights. The lagoon spa is such a treat, if you can get a booking. My therapist, Laura was amazing.

- • Breakfast included is made to order & table service so if you’re in a hurry best to get there earlier as later we found it quite busy.
