- • We were initially put in a smoking room, even though our booking clearly specified non-smoking. When we asked about it, staff insisted the room was non-smoking — which wasn't true, as there was a strong smell of smoke and an ashtray in the room. It took an argument with the staff before they finally moved us to a different room, so the issue was resolved in the end, just after some unnecessary conflict. On top of that, the person checking us in mistakenly said we had to pay extra for breakfast, even though it was already included in our rate. Overall, a mixed experience.
Conclusion: I will not return

- • Cleanliness: insufficient. Room: small, dark, poorly finished, difficult to access WC. Poorly placed electrical outlet. Breakfast: non-fresh products. Staff: unhelpful, except one. Price: not justified

- • Unfortunately we weren't informed that they were changing all the room doors. The only way we could access our room was to get reception to come to the door and basically take apart the lock - every time. There were also gaps in the door frame and we could hear the lift and people outside all night. The room came with a small kitchenette that had no glasses, cutlery or plates. Very average stay.
