Michlifen was magical! My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at the resort and the staff went above and beyond in making our stay extra memorable. We were truly impressed by the team, everyone (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff, pool attendants, drivers, etc.) was so kind and delivered exceptional service. I want to especially acknowledge Naouar, who is an absolute gem! She's organized and detail oriented, helping us with our itineraries and checked in with us throughout the trip, making sure we were always good! Thank you, Naouar! The resort has so much to offer, but we especially loved our La Ferme lunch in the forest and the balneotherapy baths at the spa. Dinners at both L'Oriental and Le Cedray were also lovely. Overall, highly recommend and going all out!

- • Even though the outdoor pool is adults only, there was a lot of children during our visit. Our impression was that this would be a more adult resort, but it was a lot more family oriented. Totally fine and didn't take away from our visit, just an observation!

Pretty but not worth that kind of money
The facility is nice and peaceful with a great pool and views over the forest (if you have a room facing that side. Garden rooms seem to face the car park). The room decor is pretty

- • The room I got was very small. AC was not able to reduce temperature to below 24C. Service was uneven (e.g. turndown service showed up once at 10pm and did nothing but give me a sweet and water. The next day, they did everything but no sweet). Bathroom is well appointed but very tiny. It was dangerous and difficult to get in and out of the bathtub (it should have been a shower given the space available). The lobby bar serves overpriced cocktails that they spill when bringing to the table and that are bare (no garnish, no nuts or snacks). The French restaurant (Le Cedray) is an overpriced disaster. Overall not worth the money at all

A great stay and all the staff were very attentive, from the staff at breakfast, dinner, lunch, room service, the lady who regularly came to the room to replenish the water and the little touches! Special mention to Rachid who welcomed us so well at the reception when we arrived and who did everything to make sure our stay went well, also thanks to the young man whose name I don't have who prepared the iced tea at Lounja also with remarkable service - thanks to the whole team for their sense of service and smiles

It's a perfect stay.
I love staying at this hotel and I've been visiting every year for over 13 years now. I would highly recommend this place. It's stunning and there are so many facilities the kids club is also amazing. The staff always take good care of my kids.
