Perfect place, better attention
Apartment was perfect. We had everything we needed. Very clean. We even had water bottles and chocolates. But the best by far was the help of Omer at the reception. He was wonderful. Very kind from the beginning to the check out. He even got us some Turkish sweets and helped us with what to visit without hesitation. I bet we couldn’t find someone nicer than him.

Everything was great
Excellent hotel, especially for its price. Huge rooms of 45m2. Everything was clean and tidy. Special attention deserves the friendly and responsive staff. Convenient location within the district close to public transport stops and all infrastructure.

Everything is wonderful, clean, cozy. The room has everything you need. Wonderful staff, quality cleaning of the apartments. Nice place!

They were really helpful getting me set up with decent wifi for a work call I had to make. Was also a really nice room.

Very happy to come across this accommodation for our short stay in Alanya, great family-run place, most friendly and helpful owners. Rooms are recently renovated, clean, well-equipped and come at a reasonable price. Excellent value.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and had everything one needs - even for a longer stay. The hosts are extremely friendly and hospitable. Also, the location is great: Merve Apart Otel is within walking distance from restaurants, the beach, city centre, the beach promenade and one of the main streets. Lovely, lovely, lovely!
