- • Rooms in a year where you have to cross the road with a very steep slope. Neighbors breed animals, strong smell. The saltwater pool is very dirty, filled with all kinds of waste. I will not return

Wonderful location facing the sea. It was very nice to hear the sound of the sea during breakfast and at night. Grab is convenient, so it became a very good base for exploring delicious restaurants and cafes nearby in Vung Tau

- • I stayed in a villa on the mountain side, so crossing the road to the main building might be a bit difficult for families with small children. For families with children, staying in the main building on the seaside might be better. On the contrary, the mountain side is small and very quiet, so it is very nice for adults who want a quiet stay

Apart from some shortcomings, I was quite impressed and had a fun holiday here
I like the space, the service of each department's staff, the scenery here is very beautiful, clean, luxurious. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The resort is close to the city center

- • Breakfast buffet is not diverse, a bit limited. My room is on the hillside overlooking the city, so every time I return to the room, I have to climb the stairs. If you are young, it's not a problem, but for my elderly family members, it's a bit inconvenient. The resort should arrange more reception staff to work in the hillside area so that guests staying there do not need to go to the beach area for check-in and check-out

- • Check-in time is 2:00 PM, but they didn't allow check-in until after 2:30 PM. While most other resorts have check-out at 12:00 PM, at Mercure, check-out is at 11:00 AM. The resort should reconsider its partnership with booking. If children are counted as over 12 years old, the app should not allow selecting children under 17 years old to avoid guests being charged extra at the resort. In terms of price, service, and view, the price here is not worth it. The experience was really bad. Definitely not coming back
