The staff was very friendly, especially the spa manager was very kind to us, we felt welcome all the time.

- • The pool was very cold, we couldn't use it, as it was autumn in Iguazú during the season we visited we expected to have a heated pool, that's why we chose the hotel but we couldn't use it. However, the spa manager treated us very well and we were able to use the jacuzzi several times.
It was a decent hotel for one night stay

- • The walls are paper thin so we could hear everything going on in other rooms, even light switches being turned on and off.
