We had a wonderful stay. The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was very spacious, and the entire house was beautiful and full of character. The location was also very convenient for exploring Hobart. What impressed us the most was the outstanding service from the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was an unexpected highlight of our stay. Although the menu wasn’t extensive, every dish was freshly prepared, delicious, and beautifully presented. It felt very homely, and we thoroughly enjoyed every breakfast. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hobart.

- • The only issue we experienced was with the hot water. We booked both the upstairs and downstairs accommodation, and unfortunately neither had enough hot water for showers in the evening. We had to wait nearly 40 minutes before the water became hot again. Hopefully this can be improved, as it would make an otherwise excellent stay even better.
