Staff were very helpful especially when I had lost my card - offered to help me out and let me wait in the hotel when I was very stressed

- • Literally the only thing was that both bottles in the shower were labelled as shampoo, when they were clearly different soaps. Should one be body wash?

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walking to the old town.

One of our favourite places
We arrived early morning and arrived before reception opened but were still greeted with a warm welcome and were able to use the pool area before our room was ready. Lots of options for activities and local tips given. Room and balcony were great. Breakfast is made by the loveliest ladies who make sure you are well fed. Loved the fresh fruit and iced lemon tea too. Booked a VIP sleeping bus to Tam Coc which was good. Great location for the night market, and a short Grab ride from the Thanh Ho Ceramic Village.

Close to the Thu Bon River. The room is clean. The place is quite peaceful and comfortable. The staff is enthusiastic and lovely. However, the breakfast is quite simple but it's suitable for the room rate.

- • The location is a bit far from the old town. The air conditioner cannot be adjusted (probably because I'm not used to this type of air conditioner), so I had to use an additional water mist fan. Lack of mirror and dressing table. The pool is a bit small.
