Extremely comfortable boutique hotel, charming and with excellent breakfast
Matildas Boutique Hotel was an excellent choice for those seeking comfort, charm, and a personalized stay in Santiago. The hotel operates in a beautiful mansion, with a very nice atmosphere, pleasant rooms, garden, and a cozy boutique hotel vibe. The room was extremely comfortable, with huge beds, high-quality bedding, and hygiene items. The heater worked very well, which made a difference in winter. The service was also very good, and the breakfast was exceptional. A very positive detail: if you have an early tour or need to leave before breakfast time, you can request a breakfast kit the day before, which they prepare to take with you. The only point of attention is the location. The hotel is more towards the central region, so it is not so practical for the main tours on foot, especially at night when the area becomes a bit sketchy. We ended up using Uber more, which increases transportation costs a bit. There are restaurants and bars nearby, including the Pacific seafood restaurant, which is next door. Since our priority was comfort, the hotel fully met expectations. Highly recommend it for those who value a charming, comfortable, and well-maintained stay.

Romantic getaway.
We liked the architecture of the hotel, the spaces, the peaceful atmosphere, excellent staff attention. The afternoon tea and breakfast were very delicious. Excellent location with parking available upon prior reservation at the hotel. Our stay was wonderful.
