A beautiful hotel with amazing views and comfortable rooms, with some room for improvement in food variety and staffing.
The hotel is beautiful and has an amazing location with stunning views. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

- • The main issue was the lack of variety in the food. During our three-night stay, the meals were almost the same every day. Also, the hotel seemed understaffed for the number of guests. The staff were working very hard and were always doing their best, but there simply weren’t enough employees to properly serve such a large number of guests.

- • When we arrived we where held to randsom for another 1050 pounds sterling by the manager because our daughters age changed from 12 to 13 years old He said if we didn't pay we would have to leave and he wouldn't give us a refund we felt intimidated and scared and completely let down, Then to add insult to injury While we are at a table trying to have a coffee, the entertainment manager Katerianna!!!tried to write a review for the hotel on our behalf and insisted on using our phones to do this!!! Absolute disgrace 😤 please be advised that there reviews have been bullied out of people 😢

- • Only the employee named Mahmet bothered us a lot in the hotel and kept coming to us and bothering us every now and then. On the last day, he said to book a place in Marmaris and lied to us

Everything great except the two employees
It was very nice and big, very pleasant and very friendly and nice people but not all. The lady Semanur at the bar was super nice and polite and made the best cocktails. The lady Melis was very nice and made everything easier and better for us. Mr. Dogan was also at the bar and is just great at making everything so perfect. Mr. Yücel as well.

- • Everything was great, food, rooms, staff, and facilities. But the staff for activities was unfortunately very rude and disrespectful. Normally I would never say such a thing but that annoyed me a lot. Ms. Elif and Mr. Batu. Both of them just fooled us and we even gave 400tl per person so that they could take us to the city in the evening to party but it didn't work out and also Mr. Batu didn't even make an effort. But otherwise everything was great.
