Unforgettable !!!
The location is simply perfect, and we feel that we are indeed in a hotel with history and tradition and highly regarded in Cairo, it is perfect for visiting the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) which is very close to the hotel, the employees and all the staff are simply tireless which further contributes to the feeling of exclusivity that the entire hotel conveys. I recommend.

An Unforgettable Stay with the Pyramids Right Outside Our Window
We stayed at Marriott Mena House from June 1 to June 3, 2026, and without question, this was one of the most memorable hotel stays I have ever experienced. For Korean travelers, Mena House has a special meaning beyond being a luxury hotel. The Cairo Conference was held here in 1943, where Korea’s independence after World War II was first discussed by the Allied leaders. Staying at a place with such historical significance made the experience even more meaningful. Of course, the biggest highlight is the location. Watching the Pyramids from my room and even while enjoying breakfast is simply surreal. Looking at monuments that have stood for more than 4,500 years while relaxing at a hotel is an experience that is difficult to put into words. No photo can truly capture how incredible it feels in person. Another huge advantage is the hotel’s private entrance to the Giza Pyramids. Being able to enter directly without dealing with the persistent street vendors made visiting the Pyramids much more comfortable and enjoyable. The beautifully maintained gardens, peaceful atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality complete the experience. I would especially like to thank Tarek (Bell Desk), Samer at check-in, Hussein at breakfast, Mahmoud (Buggy Driver), Mahmoud at the front desk, Abram at the spa, and Kholoud, who kindly escorted me to my room. A very special thank you goes to Mahmoud, our buggy driver. After taking us to the Pyramids, he thoughtfully returned with cold bottles of water, knowing how hot it would be after the tour. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture, and one I will always remember. I was equally impressed by Abram at the spa. From the moment I visited the fitness center, he looked after me with genuine care. When I used the sauna, he even brought me drinks without being asked. His attention to detail and sincere hospitality made a lasting impression. What truly makes Marriott Mena House special is its people. Every staff member I met was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. If you are planning a trip to Egypt, choosing Marriott Mena House is a decision you will never regret. The breathtaking Pyramid views, fascinating history, unbeatable location, beautiful gardens, and outstanding service make this one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at.
