Clean and spacious, great for family stay

I do not recommend

Check-in was quick for our fabulous 14th-floor apartment. There was a missing bed that had not been anticipated, it was brought after my request. We had major problems with the air conditioning; it felt like we were at the North Pole, especially in the living room. We reported the issue, and a technician came once to tell us it was normal. Since I insisted, he said he would return within fifteen minutes if the apartment was still cold. Eventually, he came back and intervened for half an hour by opening the kitchen hatch. When he left, we were surprised to find the kitchen in a very dirty state. The temperature did not improve, and the technician told us it would not go above 20°C, that it was normal. Later in the night, the kitchen ceiling hatch fell. We were very scared, and the technician and a new person returned with a manager to fix everything. We still reported the freezing temperatures in the apartment, but in vain, we were cold all night, luckily we had our fleeces. We reported the problem at least 5 times, and nothing was done. Another issue is that we had to wait about ten minutes each time for the parking valet. In short, for the excessive price, we can find better in Abu Dhabi

Very nice hotel. Family friendly. Strongly recommended. Staff is excellent, helpful, and friendly. Free valet parking. Free wifi. Add in breakfast buffet is excellent. Huge variety of foods. The apartment suite is large, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, including washer/dryer, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, water heater, dishwasher. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Housekeeping is fast and gets done very early. Quiet hotel. Pool and gym. Walking distance from a supermarket and a large mall. 25 min from the Abu Dhabi airport.

Even though the check-in was at 3 pm, they only had the room ready at 8:30 pm. And when we requested late check-out, they didn’t accommodate it despite their own delays.
