Aqua Jump and Bike

Great experience
Brilliant kids club. Our boys, 4 & 6, did a 40 min pottery painting session. All included in the price of the hotel. The staff were great and really attentive to the kids.

If I could I would give zero stars, avoid this hotel at all costs
1 Star – Avoid This Hotel Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money on this hotel. We have been waiting for over three hours just to check in, and the staff have done absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. Instead of giving us a clear explanation, they keep making us wait while refusing to tell us what is actually going on. The only issue they keep referring to is that we have Turkish passports, even though we are legal residents of the Netherlands and have provided all the required documents. If there is a legitimate reason, they have completely failed to communicate it. The customer service is beyond terrible—unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely incompetent. Leaving paying guests sitting in the lobby for hours without answers is unacceptable. This hotel clearly has no respect for its guests’ time or money. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and ruined start to your trip. There are plenty of hotels that actually know how to treat their guests with professionalism and respect. Avoid this place at all costs. I’m writing this in the lobby of this hotel and till now it’s not clear we can check in or not yet

Nice time at the Mardan Palace - lived up to expectations
Just returned from 2 weeks at the Mardan Palace. Went there on my brother's recommendation and it did not disappoint. We are 72 and 65 and all we wanted was a nice hotel, sun, pool, all inclusive and a relaxing time. That's what we got. The location of the hotel is a little remote however that did not matter as we had no intention of wandering about outside - important thing for us was that it was beside the sea which it was. On arrival we had a lovely welcome, everything was explained and we were taken to our room on the Anatolian side - room 5014. Lovely room - just what you see in the pictures - large balcony that got the sun in the afternoon. View of the pool and the sea. Cleaned every day and mini bar restocked regularly (beer, water, soft drinks - no spirits or wine). Hotel is huge and I got lost trying to find the Mardan Lounge to watch the world cup football. Restuarants were good and we tried a couple of the "extra cost" a la cartes. Pool was fantastic and we spent almost our whole holiday on the lovely sun beds there. Drinks service to the sunbeds was excellent - worth giving the waiters a few tips. Wifi worked well throughout the hotel. Air con in the room was great - just as well because it was in the mid 30s when we were there. As has been said the main reception area was incredibly beautiful - 24hr bar and patisserie. Beach area looked good and the kids waterpark seemed to be a real hit. On arrival the hotel was 55% full, at the end it was 85% but didn't seem that busy - quite a lot of kids though. In conclusion we had a great time and thank ALL the staff for making it like that. Much appreciated.

Mardan palace hotel - great hotel
The hotel is beautiful, stunning reception and surrounding areas. The food is of a high standard with a huge range to choose from. If you dont want to eat at the usual meal times or arrive late/ early there is a 24 hours bistro with a la carte service. There are a la carte restaurants on site which provide entertainment while you eat. Regardless of when we went to the pool there was always sunbeds available. We booked 2 cabanas which were of great value and added to the luxurious experience. Staff are very friendly and are very helpful. You will live your stay at the marden palace hotel. A piece of luxury ✨️

Five stars for family fun and service that goes the extra mile
A brilliant resort for all ages, we travelled with young children and grandparents, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was among the best we've experienced; special thanks to Ikbel and Nasrin for going above and beyond to track down a lost mobile phone - appreciated forever. Food was great, though a dedicated vegetarian/vegan counter would be a welcome addition. Excellent evening shows for all ages, with bars and cafés open until late. Only minor niggle: hot water struggled at 6pm when everyone returns to their rooms, so worth timing showers around the peak. Overall a great resort, we'd happily return.

Wonderful holiday
Excellent holiday. Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Goksen, Hasan were especially helpful and friendly. Will definitely return. One of the best hotels we have been to.
