Very disappointing. 1x but never again.
Friendly staff. Also very kind and helpful. Location is close to bus lines to, for example, the center. Make sure to have a Leap card so you can travel continuously for €2.90 for 90 minutes per person. The shower is good. But the cabin is small.

- • Very, but very outdated hotel rooms. - cracks in the bathroom floor tiles. - cracks in the curtains. - rock-hard mattresses. - everything deserved a fresh coat of paint. The breakfast cannot be called a breakfast. Never had such a bad breakfast as there. And that for €11.95 or €14 per person. A charming place a short 5-minute walk away where you can buy a much better breakfast for less money. Bread and butter.
Very suitable.

It was very relaxing and exceeded our expectations.
This was perfect for my sister and me. It is off the beaten path, so out of the tourist area but still easily accessible. The staff was great helping us get our lost luggage. Great food in the restaurant. The room suited us very well.

- • Maybe a little more cream and sugar in the room to go with the lovely tea provided.
Excellent structure to visit Dublin
Beautiful structure and the location allows you to reach the center even on foot.

- • Reception Very poor English. No information given about restaurant times or breakfast the next morning. Room. Shelf in the bathroom broken, handle of shower door loose. The bed stuck right beside the radiator. Have to walk sideways to get into the bed and if the radiator is on, which it was, you will burn your legs. Restaurant. First impression was all the tables looked dirty but they were all the same. Passed 4 tables until I realized they all look the same. Fish and chips (17 euros) was poor. I believe the fish was frozen and not fresh, and a very small piece just like from a package of frozen fish. The chef kept looking out from the kitchen at us sitting at the table. Scampi and chips (18 euros). Big bowl of scampi but when it was full of batter. Seems the chef cut 1 scampi into 4 pieces then covered with batter to make the bowl full. Salad, as the menu says, was a handful of rocket on the plate (no salad). An American elderly couple arrived for food at 8.40 pm and was told the kitchen was closed, though it was supposed to close at 9 pm. The chef then came from the kitchen at 9.15 pm and sat at the bar having a pint of beer, laughing with the bartender with the American couple looking on having a coke. Many people also came into the bar complaining that there was no one at reception to deal with their issues. Recommendation Pay the extra for a hotel.
