- • They canceled my booking without asking and downgraded my room. Something as simple as giving water took a couple of hours even though we requested urgently due to high fever for me and daughter. They couldn’t care less.
Excellent stay … keep it up ….👍 food is very delicious in hotel … all over about cleaning , extremely clean and very good food quality . Trained staff … so polite .. next time I will stay here only … 🙏🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍

- • The water didn't work the second day at all, they had to shift us to a separate property which made us lose some time, but they did let us stay past our checkout time which was nice
