Great vibes hotel with ultra luxurious rooms.
The Manto Hotel is in a great area surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms are the best we found in all of Peru. The restaurant is magnificent.

Improve direction and process. The people are good but they are not clear about their roles.
Good location and good room.

- • Undertrained, disorganized staff. Slow. Different responses to the same problem. Need to repeat a request 4 times. Evident lack of process, direction, and leadership. They charged me twice for the room. Regular breakfast. Restaurant less than regular.
The staff is very attentive!

The hotel is excellent. The decoration is exceptional and the beds are wonderful, with Trousseau sheets. The online photos do not do justice to the place, we were pleasantly surprised in person. Excellent cost-benefit in Lima.

- • I don't really like the open shower box, as the bathroom ends up with water after 2 showers.
