- • NO air conditioning. Windows only open a couple of inches - it was 28 degrees in the room.

Lovely clean place, really good facilities, good location, spacious. Would recommend!
It was a central location, the amenities were lovely! Little extras on arrival were a nice touch. Also used the discount for the parking which was really handy.

- • Because of its location it was a little noisy (as expected) Also not necessarily a bad thing, but upon arrival there are three different entrances and we couldn’t find the main one straight away and had to call to confirm.

Beautiful apartment- loved our stay!
Beautifully luxe room, so comfortable and well appointed - what a treat! Loved having a kitchen and the facilities. The studio was spotless, everything was high quality including the furnishings and the bedding and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches. I booked another stay before I checked out - that says it all really!

- • The location is right in the city centre, in the heart of the action. This is a big plus if you’re there to enjoy all that Leeds has to offer but bear in mind, it is noisy, particularly at the weekend. In winter this is probably fine as you can have the windows closed but in the height of summer bear this in mind!
Very happy with our stay.
A very friendly & polite receptionist greeted & booked us in. Our apartment was beautiful, modern, stylish & with everything we needed in it. Molton & Brown bathroom products were also a hit for that little added luxury. We had 2 tall standing fans in our apartment which were much needed on a summers evening. Location is brilliant too, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station.

- • Took us a few minutes extra to find as it's tucked away down a side street, there is a small notice on the wall which I didn't spot at first.
