Both street-side and beach-side were adjacent and very accessible. The 5:00 PM dance performance by the staff was also very good. Despite being beach-side, I was impressed by how clean the hotel was as the staff were constantly cleaning.

- • I was pleased with the abundant breakfast buffet at the hotel, but overall it was too salty and I couldn't eat much. Taste preferences vary, but even though I usually prefer strong flavors, I still found it too harsh. I would like the seasoning to be adjusted a bit more.

- • ホテルは間違いなく素晴らしいですが、プールバーは果物などが常に不足しており、マンゴーやココナッツなどが揃っていないため、答えはしばしば「それは作れません、手元にありません」となります。プールタイル（メインプール）には使用感が見られ、近いうちにメンテナンスが必要かもしれません。通常のレストラン価格はヨーロッパレベルであり、しばしばそれを上回ります。Mama Miaレストランで500mlのボトル入り炭酸水を500ペソ（約7.3€）支払うことは確かに驚きです、特に飲み物カードを渡されずにスタッフから提供された場合。これにより、ゲストは観光客向けの罠にかかったような気分になります。こうした実践が大幅に抑制されると良いでしょう。トイレタリーの補充は一貫していないことが多く、新しい剃刀セットや石鹸を1日もらうことがあれば、次の日にはこれらのうちの1つが供給されないことがあります。

- • スタッフは一貫性がありません。一部のスタッフは注意が足りず、非常にのんびりしており、時々お互いにおしゃべりしています。私はそれで構わないが、海外やここフィリピンでも同じ額を支払っているのであれば、どのように見えるかに関係なくプレミアムな扱いを受けるホテルも経験しています。スタッフは誰に親切に接するかを選んでいるような雰囲気を感じます。
