- • We changed rooms at least twice: the first because the toilet flush was not working and the sink was leaking, causing the bathroom to be constantly flooded. In the second room, the air conditioning was not working and they started maintenance that left the entire hotel without hot water for the shower, all day long. In the third room, the TV did not pick up Brazilian channels, only Paraguayan ones and without subtitles. Overall, the comfort of the beds was terrible and the pillows very bad, in addition to that, all the problems, when reported to the reception, always had a shallow explanation and the resolution (when there was one) was never satisfactory, and the final solution was always the hassle of moving us to another room, we had to organize our things all the time. And the dissatisfaction of the employees when receiving our complaints was evident on their faces, as if receiving those complaints was quite common, all the time, not just with us.
