- • The structure invested in a barrier at the entrance and forgot about the doors and overall of the apartments. Not to mention the breakfast because I didn't have time to see it, I left early.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel, it was worth it because of the location.
The location is wonderful. The breakfast is perfect, with varieties. The room and bathroom cleanliness are great. The cleaning ladies are friendly and attentive.

- • The TV in room 220 is terrible, 32" very old; Only gets 3 channels. The air conditioning is old, doesn't cool, only stays on ventilation. An unexplained noise from the air conditioning in the room we were in and from the air in the other room, all night long and the whole time we were there, horrible. One of the coffee attendants (an older lady) was rude, we couldn't ask anything because she was very impolite.

- • The beds, the mattresses were not good, sheets without elastic, come off during the night, air conditioning doesn't work properly, fridge rusted, as for cleanliness, the bathrooms in the common area had bleach on the floor, and it stained my son's new pants, we mentioned it to the reception which showed no surprise about it, the hotel is very old, the building is quite beautiful but very poorly maintained
