The location is great, strict city center. The interior of the property is in line with the price and that's ok, however, since there is no reception, the entrance device to the property did not work despite several attempts to check in and correctly fill in all the requested data, in the end it shut down so we had to solve the problem by phone. Since none of us speaks German, we had to call a friend for help.

- • We had problems with the self-check-in - our booking was not found. No one answered the help hotline after five calls. We then wrote a message but never received a reply. Fortunately, we were able to solve the problem ourselves.

- • It was quite neglected, the walls dirty, the TV didn't work, the bathroom very old and smelled a lot. Also, the staircase smelled a lot like a Chinese restaurant 😅 We stayed for 3 or 4 nights, I don't remember, and it was ok since we were only there to sleep. I think for the price I could have expected more although if Linz is very expensive, well, it's an economical accommodation and that's what you get
