The hotel is a great location in Leith, very close to a few bars and restaurants and the city is very accessible by tram.

Good location when the trams run. They were suspended for most of the time I was there.

It was in lovely quiet area next to tram stop goes downtown. They gave me an amazing upgrade for 15 pounds, and it had maybe the best shower head ever. Very comfy bed, view of the pier was great.

Enjoyable and relaxing
Always found decor to be a bit different from the norm. However I thought this hotel was just in shades of gray like so many places, no longer that bit special.
