- • This is my very first very negative accommodation review; usually, I don't complain so much, but this time it really can't be helped. Very poor breakfast, unbelievably noisy bed, creaking with every turn, impossible to sleep. The facilities absolutely do not meet 4* standards. Lack of space for clothes storage, hairdryer, dirt, poorly cleaned, everything sticky, room absolutely without an outside view (there was a grille on the ceiling on the terrace) and a view of the wall. Overall, the room was very poorly constructed - broken floor, floor tiles detached from the wall, protruding wires and nails. The next day, we checked out of the hotel and went to stay elsewhere. Unfortunately, the hotel did not provide any positive communication regarding compensating our stay. The hotel refused to address it in any way and denies everything.
