- • The treatment of a receptionist. The first day we slept in a room with a broken bathroom, two non-functioning sockets, and they had no intention of changing us or sending someone to fix it.

Perfect location!
Perfect location, close to the center but in a quiet street with plenty of parking. There is a common terrace with mountain views where you can eat or relax and a minimarket next door that has everything you need. Behind it, a convenient road leads to Ras El Ma and the Spanish mosque. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need, the staff is friendly and always available.

- • Not criticisms but suggestions for the host: - The door of the double room does not close, a problem for couples with children :) - The bathroom lock needs to be lubricated, if a child locks it from the inside it could get stuck. - The second room that the host kindly made available to us for an additional day does not have a towel rack, coat hanger, and clothes pole in the wardrobe.

- • That it lacked a lot of maintenance. The toilet flush didn't work, some plugs didn't work, you had to ask for towels and the TV remote (not provided upon arrival), the room was not cleaned......
We booked a room through Booking, the room we requested was not available so we had to choose another room. We stayed in a basement room, the smell of paint was strong, and the building was very old and small. We didn't like it at all. We asked for a room on the upper floors as we booked, they told us they were full and asked us to wait or go to the reception. They said there were no upper rooms available, only ground floor rooms. We insisted on adding a balcony and a nice view, but they said we had to pay extra for that and so on...
