Central, clean, individual and relatively inexpensive.
The location is central. You can reach the center within a few minutes' walk. The five apartments are spread over a large apartment in a normal residential building. The surroundings seemed very safe to me. In any case, in my apartment, the floors were renovated and the bathroom was in very good condition. The keys were at the entrance, where I also left them. Although I didn't see the landlord, he was always available by phone and WhatsApp at short notice.

Good location and good value for money. Check-in is very easy. The downside, being an old apartment, the rooms are very poorly insulated: you can really hear everything between each room, including noises from the corridor.
